We are pleased to introduce our NEW Toasted Hoggs. These are a hot, and toasted selection of ever changing sandwich creations on French bread, and served with Voodoo Kettle chips.
Look for these on our weekly special board at the truck.
The Nacho Hogg $14 Pulled pork, grilled jalapeños, onions, queso, BBQ sauce, and topped with crunchy Fritos, and sour cream.
Poutine Hogg $15
Smoked brisket, cheese curds, gravy, BBQ sauce, green onions, and topped with crispy fries.
The Little Hogg $14
Fried pork cutlet, hot cherry peppers, grilled onions, scrambled eggs, and queso cheese.

Please be aware that our menus are subject to change periodically, and the items presented here are just samples of what you might find. Additionally, we offer daily and weekly specials that we encourage you to try. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate them. We also provide smaller portion sizes for most items at discounted rates, and all sandwiches come with a pre-selected side.

Crispy Smoked Wings
Jumbo wings Flash-fried ,tender, and crispy.

BBQ Poutine
Crispy fries, brisket, pulled pork, cheese curds, brown gravy, and BBQ sauce. Topped with chopped green onion. *Town favorite!
Pulled Pork
Pecan smoked pulled pork, pimento cheese, pickles, onions, Vermont maple mustard Q. On toasted a potato roll with choice of side.
Chopped Brisket
Home made BBQ sauce, Queso cheese, pickles, and onions. On a toasted bun with fresh fried kettle chips.
Smash Burger
Fresh ground Double Pattie Smash burger with American cheese, bacon, lettuce, pickles, special sauce, grilled onions. On a toasted potato roll, and choice of side.
